A delicious fall combination of roasted brussel sprounts and butternut squash tossed with maple syrup and thyme and roasted. Then tossed together with dried cranberries, toasted pumpkin seeds, diced apple, diced sharp white cheddar and a maple balsamic dressing.

Cheese can be left out, just let us know in the comments section.
