Baked chicken breast topped with a combination of diced sweet roasted red peppers, olives, marinated artichokes, and diced salami then topped with mozzarella and served with parsley and basil tossed orzo and brocolli
Korean Pork (Or Tofu) and Jasmine rice Bowl
Pork tenderloin marinated in hoisin, rice vinegar, honey, sesame, garlic and ginger, sliced and served over jasmine rice with broccoli and carrots. Topped with green onion sesame seeds and a side of Korean BBQ sauce.
